call your ISP or look on their website.
Most are in the form of:
mail.ispname.com
so if your email is boo@yahoo.com
incoming AND outgoing SHOULD be
mail.yahoo.com

If you're using Yahoo Mail...
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Reply:go to their website and search for outlook setup, they should have the information posted for you there
Reply:When you signed up with your ISP they gave you a piece of paper with all that information on it. Get it and read it.
