My brother gave me his blackberry. I want to create a new account but it say that the pin is in use. How can I delete his acocunt and make a new one?

As far as a new email acct, when you go into email setup, log in, there is an option to remove your email accounts, as well as add a new one.
Did you contact your service provider and let them know you have the blackberry? they can get you set up and going.
