How do you find out what my email server is and going in and the one going out for outlook email setup?

Assuming you have subscribed to Yahoo! Mail Plus (POP access is not available on free accounts), follow the instructions for your email client to set up POP access:

If you want to use Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or other third party email clients to view your email you have 2 options.

I currently utilize the most recent version of Thunderbird (2.0.0.4)


and version 0.8.3 of YPOPS (there is a more recent version of YPOPS if you are interested) and have no problems.
