I am unable to setup a 360 account. When asked for name and email, I input them it goes right back to same pg.

The Screen ask for name users will see and email addy. The info is all correct but i am unable to start making my page it goes right back to the same screen. But if another unser logs on the same computer they are able to make there page. Why cant i get one under my screen name?

Go to my 360, leave a comment, then click on "my page" at the top right of the screen. That should get you started.
Reply:All u have to do is get someone with a 360 account to invite u to join 360 and u can setup ur account.
Reply:Does the nickname box already have your real name in it when you try to sign up? If not that's probably the problem because Yahoo automatically uses this info to create your page.





The fix -


1. If not already signed into Yahoo, do so now.





2. Top left of page, under your yahoo ID, click My Account.





3. Should now see your Yahoo ID Card - At bottom, click Edit by Address/Contact Info





4. Enter your first %26amp; last name and hit Finished button





5. Now your ID card should have your name at the top.





6. Now either go to yahoo messenger and click the Yahoo 360 button again or go to http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht... to "get started" again.





7. Your name should be in the nickname box. Erase your name. Enter a new one. Make sure the correct address is chosen and continue.
