How can I best explain to our school's IT tech support how to setup Exchange 2000 for her Mac email?

Exchange is running on school server. Mac has OS X 10.4, MS 2004 Entourage and Mail.app.

Tech support are intimidated by Mac as they haven't enountered them before.

How can I best explain to our school's IT tech support how to setup Exchange 2000 for her Mac email?
Microsoft provides a web page with all of the information.

Reply:Microsoft has a help site, try that maybe they can give instructions on how to interegate all the programs to work together.
Reply:There's a good chance that, if the MAC wasn't supplied by the school, IT staff won't support it. If it runs, you're in luck, if it doesn't: it's your problem.

We have that policy here, and I've seen it around quite a bit. The simple reason for it is, that IT staff simply cannot support *everything* that's out there. There are too many programs running on different Operating Systems running on too many different hardware combinations for any IT staff to support it.
