My outlook if failing to setup in a different office.when testing the account,it says ;verify my email address

i moved to a different office on the other side of town and now my outlook doesnt want to setup. I am using the same settings that everyone is using at this new office.their email is working fine,but mine isnt. When i test the account, it keeps saying, "please verify your email addresss.what could the problem be?

When you look at your account properties make sure the "Email Address" field is exactly right, eg no spaces, something@something.com format etc.





The only reason that I can think that would be causing this is that the email address field isn't correct.
Reply:I would suggest you to try rechecking the email address that you have typed in the Email addres box, also make sure that you do not have extra dots(.) in the start, middle or at the end of the email address you have typed in the box.





If that does not help, I would suggest yout o contact the IT Administrator for Help or you can try configuring the account from the scratch by following the steps provided in the following web link:
