What kind of setup should i use to check my yahoo email using Incredimail?

i'm on DSL split on two pc's with a router.

What kind of setup should i use to check my yahoo email using Incredimail?
The setup instructions for Outlook Express will work for Incredimail. Are you using the Free version of Incredimail? Be aware they install a Spyware program called MyWebSearch Toolbar on your computer. The Smiley Central ads that will be on all your outgoing mail is what installs it. Their sites say you can uninstall it in the Add/Remove programs.
