Unless you are paying for hotmail plus, you will not be able to access through POP3. However, you can type http://mobile.hotmail.com into pocket IE and you will connect to hotmail. That is if you have wifi network access and/or your Pocket PC paired with your bluetooth phone as a dial up modem..
