Just get him an address on your's.Go into mail,click on options in top right corner of page.Click on mail addresses.At bottom of page add email address.Put his name and password he want's.Write it down so he dont lose it.
If you already have an email and wanting to setup a email for son. Why use credit card info., why not d.o.b ?
That's for security and verification purposes, as the credit card will not be billed for opening up an email account for their child.
