It doesn't matter which computer you set an email up with. The email will not change once your friend uses a different computer. It will still be her email address anywhere she has access to a computer. She can use Yahoo or Msn or any other email services to get one.
How can I setup my friend an email address from my pc?
you go to new user and start a new account then you log them off and you log back on
